Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Conduit (the “Service”), operated by Envisia TechSoft Pvt Ltd (“Conduit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Conduit lets you transfer files directly between cloud storage providers you connect (for example Google Drive, Amazon S3, OneDrive, Dropbox, and others). Transfers run on our server-side infrastructure; your files are streamed between the providers and are not stored by us beyond what is technically required to complete a transfer you initiate.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must sign in (for example with Google) to use the Service and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms.

3. Your connected storage and data

  • You authorise Conduit to access the cloud accounts you connect, solely to perform the transfers and operations you request.
  • You confirm you own, or have the necessary rights and permissions to transfer, all data you move through the Service.
  • You may disconnect a storage connection or delete your account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Transfer, store, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to move.
  • Violate any applicable law or the terms of any storage provider you connect.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or others' data.

5. Plans, subscriptions, and billing

Conduit offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pricing is shown on our website. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed through our payment processor, Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. Metered transfer limits apply per plan; Google Drive to Google Drive transfers are unlimited on every plan because they run server-side on the provider. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Transfer speed and success depend on the connected providers and factors outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Envisia TechSoft Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
