This Privacy Policy explains how Envisia TechSoft Pvt Ltd (“Conduit,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Conduit, the direct cloud-to-cloud transfer service. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and basic profile from the sign-in provider (for example Google) you use to log in.
• Connected storage authorisations: the access tokens you grant so Conduit can perform transfers between the providers you connect. These are used only to carry out operations you request.
• Transfer metadata: job records such as source and destination, file counts, sizes, timestamps, and status, kept so you can see and audit your transfers.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
• Basic technical logs: standard information such as request data our hosting records for security and reliability.

What we do NOT do

We do not read, scan, mine, or retain the contents of your files beyond what is technically required to stream them from the source provider to the destination you chose. Transfers run server-side between the two providers.

How we use information

• To provide the Service: authenticate you, run the transfers you request, and show your history.
• To process subscriptions and payments through Razorpay.
• To secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To respond to your requests and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

• Sign-in and Google Drive access via Google OAuth.
• The cloud storage providers you choose to connect (their handling of your data is governed by their own policies).
• Razorpay for payment processing.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and infrastructure.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep your session (a sign-in token) so you stay logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep your account and transfer metadata while your account is active. You can disconnect a storage provider or delete your account at any time, which removes the associated access and records, subject to any retention required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or revoke the storage connections you granted. Email us at hello@envisiatechsoft.com and we will respond in line with applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above.
